“Hey everyone! I am just here to tell you all how much I love and adore my weekly meditation classes held at blossom and wellness and run by Justine. We get together every week on Wednesday and sit by candlelight in a chilled and relaxed room. We explore different spiritual aspects like angel cards, crystals, oils, flower essences and much more. Justine teaches and expresses this to us in such an easygoing and fun way. I personally have dealt with anxiety and high stress levels since a very young age but justine and these classes have helped me learn and grow so much as an individual. After taking the classes I have integrated many different things such as journaling and morning rituals into my everyday routine to make it more balanced and refreshed. After each class my energy is always clear and calm. I feel grounded and ready for whatever is coming up whether it be school stress or friendships. I can’t wait for what’s in store next term!”

“This wonderful meditation class has helped me through a lot of stress, Its made me calm down and has taught me the benefits of meditation. Every week we explore a different flower essence, essential oil and crystal, We pass the tools around and learn the benefits of each. We also get to pick out a crystal and a candle that resonates the best with us. We focus on breath work, which is very helpful for calming us down, along with many other different tools such as journaling writing down what you are grateful for and gratitude. Currently we have focused on morning rituals, such as staying of your phone for the first 5-10 mins of the day, setting intentions, thinking about what i am grateful for and meditation in the morning. I have adapted these into my morning routine and now feel much fresher and happier throughout the day. Justine has shown all of us girls the way to true relaxation and how to calm down your stress and anxiety and it’s only been a term! She is the most kindest person I know with a heart full of gold. She makes us feel comfortable during our time and makes sure to listen to us all. Her calming voice never gets old. ️”

I’ve loved being able to get together every Wednesday evening with likeminded teenage girls who all have an interest in anything spiritual like meditation and crystals.
