Teaching was my life. I served as a primary school teacher, drama school and talent agency owner for years, until blessed with my awakening and realisation that my conventional life was no longer in full alignment.
My heart was calling me to a more spiritual life, one that embraced a return to study and learning but this time in a holistic and spiritual direction
The teaching never disappeared though, I’ve derived so much joy from running Holistic and Spiritual courses for kids and teens. Seeing children connect with their inner being and learn holistic and spiritual tools to enrich their lives has been magical, it’s made my heart sing.
I am a mum of 4 beautiful children, my hubby works in sport and yes I am totally ‘woo woo.’ I love seeing how vibrational therapies, energy healing and spirituality have changed the lives of both my family and clients.
Learning to navigate and alchemize the normal daily obstacles in a spiritually grounded, energetic, compassionate, loving, magical way. Honoring and loving our true spiritual, energetic natures and embracing optimal well-being. Living life connected to spirit, plugged into Mother Gaia and learning to allow our soul to guide us.

My Spiritual Journey Of Discovery..…
It all started with just one photo.
A photo where a number of spirits (including my Grandmother) could be seen. My third eye opened, the veil thinned and I could see spirit and later hear spirit too. I’d experienced a sudden and unexpected spiritual awakening.
The journey as my consciousness awakened, was messy to say the least. As I experienced dark night of the soul, this was the start of the metamorphosis.
There were times when I felt so alone but in my deep desire to understand, I traversed mountains, faced the shadow work and learnt to peel away the onion layers, releasing the inner trauma and wounds to connect with my inner being, my soul.
Slowly I learnt to distinguish the voice of the ego from the voice of the soul and I learnt to settle the ego voice and live very day from my soul.
Huge shifts took place, in what I ate, watched and listened to, friends I met, places I visited – everything. I was drawn to only nurturing my being with high vibrations.
Facing my triggers and working on my healing, in order to keep shifting are part of this lifelong learning journey. Shamans, mediums, spiritual healers all held space for me with unconditional support, not to mention my angels and spirit guides.
As my Spiritual journey progressed I was shifting into higher states of consciousness, I was able to communicate with my guides and angels. Everyday receiving synchronicities through numbers, feathers, music, animals.
Spirit guided me to energy healing, I could see and feel vibrations and frequencies, studying then practising Energy healing, and Reiki I & II.
Clients experience powerful, transformative shifts, this means the world to me. Here to play my part, honour my soul calling by helping people to shift transform, transmute their lower energies, so they too can live with inner harmony and wellbeing, connected to the divine, to their inner compass, with love and blessings.
Before my spiritual journey, my internal world raged with harsh, judgmental self-talk. Through this process of spiritual connection and energy healing, I have now discovered flow, inner peace and joy with in the present.
